THE BOOKS
Bookkeeping that
does itself.
Your bank feed and your inbox already contain almost everything your books need. Bizzle reads both, matches what belongs together, and asks you about the rest — while keeping a ledger your accountant will actually respect.
01 · ARRIVES
Invoice lands — forwarded, photographed, or spotted in your inbox
02 · EXTRACTED
Supplier, date, total, VAT, line items — read in seconds
03 · MATCHED
Paired to the bank transaction: amount, date, learned history
04 · CONFIRMED
Sure? Filed silently. Not sure? One question, two buttons
05 · LEDGERED
Double-entry written by audited code. Traced. Reversible
WHAT IT ACTUALLY DOES
Six jobs, none of which need you.
Reads the bank
Regulated Open Banking connections, read-only. Transactions arrive as they clear — Bizzle never sees your credentials and cannot move money.
Reads the paperwork
Forward it, photograph it, or let Bizzle find it in your inbox. Supplier, date, total, VAT and line items come off the page in seconds.
Matches the two
Amount, date and everything it has learned about how you spend. Sure? Filed silently. Not sure? One question, two buttons, remembered forever.
Keeps the ledger
Real double-entry, balanced to the penny, written by audited code rather than a model. Every entry traces back to the document that caused it.
Prepares the VAT
Figures kept current rather than assembled in a panic the week before. MTD-ready, and your accountant can check the workings.
Answers to your accountant
They get their own login, free, forever — with the full audit trail rather than a spreadsheet export and a phone call.
THE RULE UNDER ALL OF IT
The AI reads. Code writes.
A language model is very good at reading a crumpled builders merchant receipt and very bad at arithmetic you would bet a business on. So it never posts to your ledger. It proposes; deterministic double-entry code disposes, balanced, logged and reversible the proper accounting way.
This is the part your accountant will ask about first. We wrote it up in full — why the AI never writes your ledger — and the commitments we hold ourselves to are on trust and security.
WHAT CHANGES
The work does not move. It stops.
Instead of a Sunday night
The reconciliation that waits for you all week happens as transactions land. What is left is the handful of things only you can answer.
Instead of a shoebox
Receipts are captured when they happen, not sorted in March. The photograph is the filing.
Instead of guessing
Cash position, VAT liability and who owes you what are current, because the ledger is current.
Worth doing the arithmetic on what that time is currently costing you — we wrote about what a small business back office actually costs, and there is a calculator for the software half.
WHERE THIS IS UP TO
The money core is what we are building first.
Bizzle is rolling out in phases through early access, and the books are phase one — bank feeds, extraction, matching, the ledger and the accountant portal. The front desk follows close behind. Founding members get the first three months free.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Questions people ask.
Does the AI write my ledger?
No, and it never will. Language models read the receipt and propose the match; deterministic double-entry code posts the entry, balanced to the penny and linked to the document that caused it. Every posting is logged and reverses properly.
Do I still need an accountant?
Yes. Statutory filing, year end and the judgement calls stay with them, and so they should. What changes is that they open a reconciled ledger with the evidence attached — on a free login — instead of a spreadsheet and a phone call.
What happens to a shoebox of receipts?
Going forward, the photograph is the filing: snap it, forward it, or let Bizzle find it in your inbox. A genuinely chaotic prior year is still a human job, and a bookkeeper is better at it than software.
How current are the numbers?
Reconciled as transactions land rather than on a Sunday night. Cash position, VAT liability and who owes you what are today's figures, because the ledger is today's ledger. What waits for you is the handful of things only you can answer.
