Can I run the whole thing from my phone?
Quoting, invoicing, receipt capture and the diary are built to be done from the van with one hand. The parts that suit a bigger screen, like going through the year with your accountant, still work on a phone; they are simply nicer at a desk.
Does the AI actually book jobs, or just take messages?
It books them. It has your real diary, so it offers times you actually have and puts the job in. Where a job needs a look before it can be quoted, it books the visit instead, and anything it is unsure about comes to you with a summary rather than a guess.
Does Bizzle handle CIS deductions?
Yes, on both sides: deductions taken from you as a subcontractor and deductions you make as a contractor, with the statements that go with them. The domestic reverse charge for VAT is handled where it arises. Whether CIS applies to you at all is a question for gov.uk.
Where do certificates, photos and customer records live?
With the job and the property, not in a camera roll. A gas certificate or a handover photo from two years ago is found by the address in seconds, which is usually when a customer or their solicitor is asking for it.
