Who is who
For the business data you put into Bizzle, you are the controller and Bizzle is the processor. We act on your documented instructions, which in practice means running the product you asked us to run and nothing else.
What we process, and why
Whatever your business routes through Bizzle: bank transactions, invoices and receipts, contacts, call recordings and transcripts, and staff records where you use payroll. We process it to deliver the service, not for our own purposes.
What we never do with it
We do not sell it, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use your data to train foundation models. Where AI reads a document, it reads it to do your work, and the content is not retained by the model provider for training.
Security
Encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, least-privilege internal access with logging, and a permanent audit trail behind every automated action.
Sub-processors
We use a small number of infrastructure providers to deliver the service. They are listed on the sub-processors page, and we give notice before adding a new one so you have the chance to object.
Where it lives, and transfers
Hosted in the UK and EU. Where any processing involves a transfer outside the UK or EEA, it is covered by an adequacy decision or the appropriate safeguards, such as the UK addendum to the standard contractual clauses.
Deletion and return
Export everything in standard formats at any time, cancelled or not. On termination we return or delete personal data, subject to the retention periods UK law imposes on financial records.
Breach notification and audit
We notify you without undue delay if a breach affects your data, and we provide the information you reasonably need to meet your own obligations, including for audits and assessments.
