BIZZLE FOR CLINICS
You treat.
It handles the rest.
Bizzle is an AI back office for private clinics and practitioners. It answers reception calls while you are with a patient, brings recalls back round, counts prepaid blocks session by session, invoices and chases insurers, and keeps the books current.
WHAT YOU GET
The practice around the practising.
Reception cover that never calls in sick
Every call answered and booked into the real diary while you are with a patient, and anything missed texted back before they ring the next clinic.
Recalls and reviews that refill the book
Follow-ups set themselves from the appointment you just finished, so next quarter's diary fills from your existing patients rather than from advertising spend.
Blocks and courses counted to the session
Prepaid blocks are money taken and work owed. Bizzle tracks used against remaining, so the liability is visible instead of assumed.
Insurer and self-pay income kept apart
One pays on the day, the other in sixty days with a reference. Recorded separately, a clinic's cashflow becomes legible rather than lumpy.
Fewer did-not-attends
Reminders on your schedule and deposits where a patient has a history of them — the only two things that reliably move the DNA rate.
Records filed against the patient
Consent forms, letters and treatment notes kept with the person they belong to, produced on request rather than hunted for.
WHY IT ADDS UP
Why it makes sense when both hands are occupied.
Clinical work is delivered with your full attention, which means every enquiry during clinic hours goes unanswered unless someone is paid to sit at a desk all day. Meanwhile insurer invoices age, prepaid blocks get delivered without anyone counting, and recalls slip. None of it is hard; all of it needs somebody present. Bizzle is present, at one flat price with logins for the whole practice.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Questions people ask.
Is patient information safe with an AI answering the phone?
The phone assistant takes what it needs to book: a name, contact details and what the appointment is for. Clinical notes live with the patient record and you control who in the practice can see them. Your data protection obligations do not change because software is answering, so keep taking that advice from whoever gives it to you now.
Does Bizzle chase insurers as well as patients?
Yes. Insurer invoices go out with the reference they need and are chased on the schedule you set, and the income is kept apart from self-pay so you can see which is late. It cannot make an insurer pay faster than their own terms; it makes sure nothing is forgotten.
Can it handle a practice with several practitioners?
One subscription covers the practice, with a login for each practitioner at no extra cost. Each keeps their own diary and their own recalls; the books underneath are one set, which is what your accountant wants to see.
Do I have to set recalls up myself?
You set the interval per treatment once, because that is a clinical judgement. From then on the follow-up is created from the appointment you just finished and the nudging happens without you, which is how next quarter's book fills from patients you already have.
