BIZZLE FOR PERSONAL TRAINERS
Blocks sold.
Sessions counted.
Bizzle is an AI back office for personal trainers. It tracks session blocks as they are used, bills recurring clients automatically, keeps gym rent and travel costed properly, and forecasts the cash beyond the January rush.
WHAT YOU GET
Sold in blocks, delivered over months.
Session blocks counted, not guessed
Ten sessions paid in advance is ten hours you owe. Bizzle tracks used and remaining per client, so nobody argues about it in month three.
Recurring clients billed automatically
Weekly and monthly clients are invoiced on their own cycle, and the ones who quietly stop paying surface immediately rather than after two free months.
Gym rent and travel costed honestly
Rent, class hire and mileage between clients come off the top. Costed per client, the picture of which sessions actually pay changes quickly.
Cash past the January rush
New year sign-ups distort three months and then stop. Cashflow forecasting shows the spring dip while there is still time to sell into it.
WHY IT ADDS UP
Why it makes sense when income arrives in blocks and leaves in weeks.
Personal training has a flattering cashflow: blocks are paid up front, so a good January feels like a good year, right up until the sessions are delivered and the money is gone. Add gym rent that leaves monthly regardless, and the gap between busy and profitable widens. Bizzle counts what is owed, bills the regulars, and shows the dip before it lands.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Questions people ask.
Does Bizzle count sessions used from a block?
Each completed session comes off the client's block, so both of you can see used and remaining without arguing about it in month three. A block that runs out triggers a nudge to buy the next one.
Can I bill my regulars automatically?
Weekly and monthly clients are invoiced on their own cycle with a payment link, and the ones who quietly stop paying surface immediately. That is usually two free months you get back.
Should I record gym rent against each client?
Yes. Sessions that pay and sessions that do not look identical until rent, travel and time are set against each one, and costing per client is how you find out. What is deductible is a question for your accountant.
Can it warn me about the spring dip?
Cashflow is forecast from the bank feed and the sessions still owed, so a January that is all up-front money shows its real shape early. What you do with the warning is still up to you.
