BIZZLE FOR PHYSIOTHERAPISTS
Blocks booked.
Insurers chased.
Bizzle is an AI back office for physiotherapists. It tracks block bookings session by session, invoices insurers and chases them, cuts did-not-attends with deposits and reminders, and answers the phone while you are hands-on with a patient.
WHAT YOU GET
For a clinic paid by patients and insurers both.
Block bookings tracked to the session
A six-session block is paid once and delivered over weeks. Bizzle tracks what is used and what is owed, so unused sessions do not quietly become a liability you forgot about.
Insurer invoicing, then chasing
Insurer work pays reliably and slowly, with its own references and formats. Invoices go out correctly and get chased without you writing another follow-up email.
Fewer did-not-attends
A DNA costs the full slot. Reminders go out on your schedule, and deposits can be required from patients with a history of them.
The phone, answered hands-free
You cannot take a call mid-treatment. Every one is answered and booked, and missed calls are texted back in seconds.
WHY IT ADDS UP
Why it makes sense when you are treating, not answering.
Physiotherapy is delivered with both hands, which means every call during clinic hours goes unanswered unless someone else is paid to sit at a desk. Meanwhile insurer invoices age quietly and blocks get delivered without anyone counting. Bizzle covers the phone, counts the sessions, and chases the insurers, at one flat price with logins for the whole practice.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Questions people ask.
Can Bizzle invoice insurers directly?
It raises the invoice with the insurer's reference and authorisation number, then chases it on a schedule until paid. Which insurers you are registered with, and their tariffs, remain your arrangement with them.
How do I cut did-not-attends?
Reminders go out at the intervals you set, and you can require a deposit from patients with a DNA history. Neither is foolproof, but a slot that is reminded and part-paid is far more likely to be filled.
Does it track a block of sessions per patient?
Yes: paid for, used and remaining, updated each time an appointment completes. Unused sessions stay visible as work still owed rather than vanishing once the money has landed.
Where do I keep patient notes?
Notes can be filed against the patient, but Bizzle is a back office, not a clinical system. If you need a full clinical record with outcome measures, keep that where it is and let Bizzle handle the booking and billing around it.
