ALL FEATURES
Every part of it,
in one place.
Bizzle is one system with five working parts: the books, the front desk, the inbox, payroll and CRM. They share one ledger, one customer record and one calendar, so a call becomes a job, a job becomes an invoice, and an invoice becomes a reconciled payment.
WHAT YOU GET
What is true of all of it.
One system, not a suite
The books, the phone, the inbox and the CRM are lenses on the same data rather than separate products joined by connectors that drift.
AI proposes, audited code posts
Models read documents and suggest. Deterministic code writes the ledger, logs its reasoning, and reverses with a proper reversing entry.
One flat price per business
From £39/mo, never per seat. Your team, your bookkeeper and your accountant all get their own login at no extra charge.
Rules learned once
Answer a question once and it becomes a rule that fires before the AI does. The second identical receipt does not need a second conversation.
Everything traceable
Journal to bank transaction to source document to the confirmation that filed it. Click through the whole chain, and so can your accountant.
Export whenever you like
Ledger, contacts, documents and call transcripts in standard formats, cancelled or not. Records outlive subscriptions.
WHY IT ADDS UP
Why one system rather than a stack.
Every seam between two products is somewhere data goes missing: a sync that drifts, a field that does not map, a document that lives in one system and a transaction in another. Small businesses feel that more than large ones, because nobody is employed to notice. Building the books, the phone and the inbox as one thing removes the seams entirely — a call and the invoice it produced are the same record, not two records joined by an integration you have to trust.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Questions people ask.
Is everything on this list available today?
No. Bizzle is in early access and rolling out in phases — the money core first, then the front desk, then the rest. The list is the whole system; the order it arrives in is on each pillar page.
Do I pay more the more of it I use?
No. One flat price per business, set by plan, never per seat. The only meters are call minutes past your allowance and payslips, and both are printed on the pricing page.
Can I use just one part of it?
Yes. Solo is the books and invoicing; Bizzle Phone is the receptionist on its own. The parts share one ledger, one customer record and one calendar, so each one you add removes a seam rather than adding one.
What is a rule learned once?
Answer a question — 'that £62 is client meetings' — and it becomes a rule that fires before the AI does. The second identical transaction is filed silently. Rules are yours to see and change.
