The difference between taking a booking and taking a message
Most answering products take a message. Someone still has to read it, check the diary, ring the customer back and agree a time — which is the work, and it happens in the evening.
Booking into the real calendar removes that entirely. The customer has a confirmed time before they hang up, and you have a job in the diary rather than a task on a list.
