CRM & BOOKINGS
The customer record
nobody has to maintain.
A small business CRM holds who your customers are, what you have done for them and what they owe. Bizzle assembles that from calls, invoices and jobs rather than asking anyone to type it in, and books work straight into the calendar you already use.
WHAT YOU GET
What it does without being asked.
It populates itself
Records assemble from calls, invoices, jobs and messages. A CRM that needs data entry competes with billable work and loses, which is why most sit empty.
One diary, not three
Bookings write into the calendar you already look at, two ways, so the phone calendar and the van diary stop disagreeing.
Whoever answers knows who is calling
History, past jobs and outstanding balance on screen when the phone rings, so nobody asks the customer to explain from the beginning.
Reviews asked for at the right moment
Automatically after completion and payment, when goodwill is highest — and never on a job that went badly.
Repeat work surfaces itself
Services due, certificates expiring, customers gone quiet. The work you already earned, found without a spreadsheet.
Free logins for everyone
Every member of staff gets their own, on every plan. Shared logins wreck an audit trail and there is no reason to encourage them.
WHY IT ADDS UP
Why most small business CRMs end up empty.
Because keeping one up to date is unpaid work that competes with paid work, every day, forever. Three months after setup it contains the customers somebody added in the first fortnight and nothing since — which is worse than no CRM, because now you half-trust it. The only version that survives is the one where the record is a by-product of things you were doing anyway: answering the phone, sending an invoice, finishing a job.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Questions people ask.
Do I have to type my customers in?
No. Records assemble from calls, invoices, jobs and messages, which is the only kind of CRM that is still populated three months later. If you have a list already, import it by CSV.
Does it work with the calendar I already use?
Yes, two ways. A booking taken on the phone appears in your diary; a block you add yourself is respected. The point is one diary rather than three that disagree.
Will it ask every customer for a review?
Every completed and paid job, by default, because timing beats wording. It never asks on a job that went badly, and you can exclude any job yourself. Replies are drafted for your approval before anything is published.
Which plan has the CRM and bookings?
Team and above. Every plan has unlimited logins, so whoever answers the phone can see who is calling, what was done last time and whether they have paid.
