BIZZLE FOR LIMITED COMPANIES
Run the company.
Not the paperwork.
Bizzle is an AI back office for UK limited companies. It keeps a real double-entry ledger, separates company money from yours, runs director payroll, and builds your corporation tax position continuously — so filing is a review rather than a scramble.
WHAT YOU GET
A company has more to file. It should not mean more to do.
A ledger that survives an audit
Statutory accounts need a real double-entry ledger underneath, not a categorised bank export. Every entry traces back through the transaction to the document that caused it.
Company money kept separate from yours
Salary, dividends and expense reimbursements are recorded as what they are, so nothing quietly becomes an overdrawn director's loan you find out about at year end.
Corporation tax, known in advance
The liability builds continuously rather than arriving as a surprise nine months after year end. You see what is owed while there is still time to do something about it.
Payroll for a director, or twenty
RTI submissions, payslips, auto-enrolment and holiday tracking in the same system as the books — so the salary you take is already in the accounts when you take it.
Your accountant in the same file
Their own login, free, with the full audit trail. No year-end folder, no version confusion, no month spent reconstructing what a transfer in March was for.
Filing dates that chase you
Accounts, the confirmation statement, the corporation tax return and the payment date sit on one calendar, with warnings early enough to act on.
WHY IT ADDS UP
Why it makes sense once you have incorporated.
Incorporating buys you liability protection and usually a better tax position. It also buys you statutory accounts, a corporation tax return, a confirmation statement, RTI submissions and a hard line between the company's money and your own — none of which existed when you were a sole trader. Bizzle absorbs that increase at one flat price per business, with unlimited logins for your team and a free login for your accountant, so the admin does not scale with the structure.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Questions people ask.
Does Bizzle file my accounts with Companies House?
It keeps the ledger and audit trail the accounts are built from, and puts the filing dates on the calendar. The statutory accounts and corporation tax return are still prepared and signed off by you or your accountant, who has a free login to the same file for exactly that reason.
I am the only director. Is this overkill for a one-person company?
A one-person company files the same things as a twenty-person one: accounts, a confirmation statement, a corporation tax return, and payroll if you take a salary. The price is per business rather than per head, so the small company pays the same flat rate for the same obligations.
Can I keep paying personal things from the company account?
You can, and Bizzle will record it as what it is: money you owe the company. That is the point — it shows as a director's loan while there is still time to sort it, rather than as a surprise at year end. Your accountant can explain why that matters.
Do I have to run payroll through Bizzle?
No. Payroll is there if you want it, charged per payslip, and it is convenient because the salary is in the accounts the moment it is paid. If you already run payroll elsewhere, keep it there for now; if you move it, do it at the start of a tax year.
