The AI reads and suggests. Only audited code writes.
Language models read your paperwork, propose matches, and draft replies. They never post to your ledger. Every journal entry is written by deterministic double-entry code, balanced to the penny, linked to the event that caused it — and reversible with one tap, the proper accounting way.
Anything Bizzle isn't sure of becomes a question for you. Anything it does on its own is logged with its reasoning. You can audit the machine the way your accountant audits the books.

Bank access is read-only
Connections run through FCA-regulated Open Banking providers. Bizzle reads transactions; it cannot move money, and it never sees or stores your bank credentials.
Your data trains nothing
Your documents, transactions and conversations are never used to train foundation models. Your learned rules belong to your business alone.
Encrypted, everywhere
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Access inside Bizzle is role-based — owner, staff, bookkeeper, accountant see what they should, nothing more.
You can always leave
Full export of your ledger, contacts, documents and transcripts in standard formats, any time. Lock-in should come from being good, not from holding data hostage.

Questions people ask.
Can Bizzle move money out of my account?
No. Bank connections run through FCA-regulated Open Banking providers and are read-only: Bizzle sees transactions, never your credentials, and cannot pay anyone. You can revoke the connection at your bank without asking us.
Is my data used to train AI models?
Never. Your documents, transactions and conversations do not train foundation models, ours or anyone else's, and the rules Bizzle learns from your answers belong to your business alone.
Are you SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified?
Not yet. Both are on the roadmap and will be published on the trust page when certified, not before. What is true today: encrypted in transit and at rest, and role-based access inside the product.
Who can see what inside my account?
Owner, staff, bookkeeper and accountant each get their own login and see what their role should, nothing more. Every automated action and every confirmation is logged with who or what made it, so the trail is auditable.
