COMPARE

Compared honestly,
including the losses.

Bizzle is a back office: the same double-entry ledger as accounting software, plus the phone answered, invoices chased and paperwork filed, at one flat price. These pages compare it with the alternatives and say where each of them is the better choice.

WHAT YOU GET

How these comparisons are written.

We name where they win

Every comparison here says plainly where the other product is the better choice. A page that cannot do that is an advert, and you can tell.

No competitor prices quoted

Their pricing changes without notice. A stale figure on a comparison page is worse than none, so we describe the shape of the pricing and tell you to check theirs.

The stack, not the subscription

Comparing base subscriptions is misleading when one product needs a receipt tool, a chasing app and an answering service alongside it. Compare what you would actually end up paying.

Different category, different question

Xero and QuickBooks are accounting software. Dext is capture. Moneypenny is people. A bookkeeper is judgement. They are not interchangeable, so the comparisons are framed differently.

We are early and say so

Bizzle is in early access. Every incumbent here has years of edge cases already found and fixed, and that maturity is a real advantage we do not have yet.

WHY IT ADDS UP

Why we name where the other product wins.

A comparison page that finds no case for the competitor is not a comparison, it is a brochure, and every reader over the age of twelve knows it. It also gets discounted by the assistants people increasingly ask before they ask a search engine. So each page here names the cases where Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, FreeAgent or a human receptionist is genuinely the better answer — because if none of those cases existed, the honest thing would be to say we have no market.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Questions people ask.

Are these comparisons actually fair?

As fair as we can make them from one side of the table. Each page names where the other product is the better choice and says that Bizzle is early, with fewer years of edge cases fixed. If you find a claim that is wrong, tell us and we will change it.

Can I compare Bizzle with a product that is not listed?

The short version is that Bizzle is a double-entry ledger with the phone, the inbox and invoice chasing on top, at one flat price per business. Compare that with what your current stack does and costs in total, tools around the ledger included, and the answer is usually clear without a page.

What does 'early access' mean for someone comparing products today?

It means the ledger, the phone, invoicing and the inbox are live and in use, and that some edges the incumbents sanded down years ago are still being found. Founding members get the first three months free in return for putting up with that and telling us where it falls short.

How do I work out what my current setup really costs?

Add up everything, not the accounting subscription alone: receipt capture, invoice chasing, the answering service, per-seat charges, and the bookkeeper hours spent joining them up. The cost saving calculator does this with typical list prices and asks for no email.
