Bizzle or Zoho Books?
Suite versus system.

Zoho Books is inexpensive accounting software whose real strength is the wider Zoho suite around it. Bizzle is a single system covering the books, the phone and the paperwork. If you already run Zoho, their integration is the argument; if not, the suite is not doing anything for you.

What is actually different?

Zoho Books rarely gets chosen on its own merits. It gets chosen because a business already uses Zoho CRM or the wider suite and wants the accounting to sit next to it, which is a perfectly good reason.

Bizzle is one system rather than a suite: the books, the front desk, the inbox and the CRM are lenses on the same data rather than separate products with connectors between them.

The trade-off is familiar. A suite gives you breadth and the ability to adopt pieces separately. One system gives you fewer seams, and seams are where small business data goes to die.

Where Zoho Books is the better choice

  • If you already use Zoho CRM, Desk or the wider suite, keeping accounting in the same family is genuinely easier than integrating across vendors.
  • It is cheap, and for a business watching every subscription that matters.
  • The suite scales into areas we do not cover at all, particularly if you need heavier CRM or support tooling.
  • Established product with years behind it, against our early access.

So which should you pick?

Choose Zoho Books if you are already a Zoho business, or if lowest possible software cost is the deciding factor.

Choose Bizzle if you want the admin done rather than the tools provided, and would rather have one system than a suite to assemble.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Questions people ask.

Is Zoho Books widely used by UK accountants?

Less so than Xero, QuickBooks or Sage. If your accountant charges by the hour, unfamiliarity has a cost — worth asking them before deciding.

Does Bizzle integrate with Zoho?

Not today. Bizzle is deliberately one system rather than a hub of connectors, which is a strength if you want fewer moving parts and a limitation if you are committed to a suite.

Which is cheaper?

Depends on their current plan and how many of our functions you would otherwise buy separately. Compare the whole stack rather than the headline subscription.

I use Zoho CRM. Would Bizzle replace it?

Bizzle includes a CRM, but it is the small-business kind — contacts, jobs and follow-ups sharing one record with the books and the inbox. If you run a proper sales pipeline in Zoho CRM, it is not a substitute, and the honest answer is to keep it.

Stop doing the admin.
Just bizzle it.

Connect your inbox and your bank. Watch Bizzle rebuild your books from what's already there. Ten minutes — and your evenings are yours again.
