HOW IT WORKS
Software that operates itself.
Bizzle is one system with senses, a brain, and views — not forty apps with a chatbot on the side. Here's the machine, honestly explained.
01 · ARRIVES
Invoice lands — forwarded, photographed, or spotted in your inbox
02 · EXTRACTED
Supplier, date, total, VAT, line items — read in seconds
03 · MATCHED
Paired to the bank transaction: amount, date, learned history
04 · CONFIRMED
Sure? Filed silently. Not sure? One question, two buttons
05 · LEDGERED
Double-entry written by audited code. Traced. Reversible
ONE BRAIN
Everything your business hears, one system understands.
THE SENSES
Where it listens
Bank feeds, your inbox, your calendar, the phone, web chat, WhatsApp, Google reviews, uploads. Connect each with one tap — Bizzle reads what already flows through your business.
THE BRAIN
Where it thinks
Every event lands in one permanent record. AI reads and proposes; deterministic, audited code executes. Rules learned from your answers fire first — the AI only handles what's new.
THE VIEWS
Where you look (rarely)
Books, inbox, tasks, CRM, calendar, reports — not separate apps, just lenses on the same brain. A call becomes a job, a job becomes an invoice, an invoice becomes a reconciled payment.
THE THREE IT RUNS
The books, the front desk, the admin.
One brain, three places you would otherwise be doing the work yourself. Each has its own page, because each has its own objections.
THE AGENT STUDIO
Hire your receptionist in ten minutes.
One agent, every channel. The same brain that answers your phone answers your web chat and your WhatsApp — and it remembers the caller who messaged you last week.
01
Feed it
Upload your price list, your website, your terms. Bizzle already knows your services, hours and diary from the rest of the system.
02
Train it
Chat to it — or ring it and talk. Correct anything it gets wrong. Every correction becomes a rule it keeps forever.
03
Test it
A private sandbox: hear it take a booking, watch it answer questions. Nothing goes live until you've heard it and pressed go.
04
Give it a number
Pick a UK number in the portal — or forward your existing line. Web chat is one script on your site. Live in minutes.
AND THEN IT KEEPS LEARNING
When a real caller asks something it can't answer, the question comes to you — once. Answer it, and the agent knows forever. Its knowledge converges on what your customers actually ask, not what you guessed they'd ask.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Questions people ask.
What do 'senses, brain and views' actually mean?
Senses are the connections: bank, inbox, calendar, phone, web chat, WhatsApp. The brain is one permanent record where AI reads and proposes and audited code executes. Views are the books, inbox, CRM and calendar — lenses on that record, not separate apps.
Why not just add a chatbot to accounting software?
Because the work lives in the seams. A call has to become a job, a job an invoice, an invoice a reconciled payment, and every join between two products is where that chain breaks. One record, one system, no join.
How does it learn my business?
By asking. Anything it cannot resolve comes to you once, and your answer becomes a rule that fires before the AI does from then on. The receptionist learns the same way: chat to it, or ring it and correct it.
What happens when it is not sure?
It stops and asks rather than guessing. You get a short question with a one-tap answer, and anything it does on its own is logged with its reasoning and reversible. Confidently wrong is the failure mode we designed against.
