BIZZLE FOR HOSPITALITY
Watch the margin,
not the paperwork.
Bizzle is an AI back office for hospitality. It reads supplier invoices as they arrive, tracks gross profit weekly rather than annually, reconciles till and delivery platform income daily, handles tips, and runs payroll for a rota that never stays still.
WHAT YOU GET
Where a hospitality business actually makes or loses money.
Supplier invoices read on arrival
Photograph or forward the delivery note and it is extracted, matched and filed — so a price rise on a staple line is visible the week it happens.
Gross profit tracked weekly
Cost against takings while the year is still running. A few points of slippage is the whole difference between a good year and a bad one, and it is invisible annually.
The till reconciled every night
Cash, card and delivery platform payouts matched against the bank overnight, so each day either balances or tells you exactly why not.
Platform commission made visible
Delivery apps pay net of commission, fees and refunds. Reconciled back to the orders behind them, so you know what the channel really costs.
Payroll for a rota that changes weekly
Casual hours, holiday accrual and RTI for a team that turns over constantly, in the same system as the takings they generated.
Tips and tronc, handled correctly
Service charge distributed and recorded with the right payroll treatment — common to get wrong, and expensive when you do.
WHY IT ADDS UP
Why it makes sense when a few points decide the year.
Hospitality does not fail on covers, it fails on gross profit. A supplier price rise nobody clocked, portions creeping up, wastage nobody counted, a delivery platform quietly taking a third — each is small, and none of them show up in a bank balance. They show up in weekly margin, which almost nobody has time to calculate. Bizzle calculates it, from invoices it read itself.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Questions people ask.
Do I have to photograph every supplier invoice?
Photograph it or forward the email; either way it is read and matched. Suppliers who email their invoices need no photographing at all. A delivery note with no prices is matched to the invoice that follows rather than filed as a cost.
How does weekly gross profit work if I do not count stock every week?
It works from purchases against takings, which is a fair approximation week to week and an accurate one over a month. A periodic stock count corrects it. It does not replace counting; it shows you the drift between counts, which is what you cannot see annually.
Does it reconcile delivery platform payouts?
Yes. Payouts arrive net of commission, fees and refunds; Bizzle matches each one back to the orders behind it so the gross sales, the commission and the refunds are each recorded. What you learn is what the channel really costs, which is often when the prices on it change.
Can it run payroll for casual staff on a rota that changes weekly?
Yes. Hours go in each week, holiday accrues on them, and RTI goes to HMRC with every run. It is charged per payslip, so a quiet week costs less than a busy one. Tronc is handled as tronc, which is the part most payroll set-ups get wrong.
