BIZZLE FOR PUBS AND BARS
Wet, dry
and where it went.
Bizzle is an AI back office for pubs and bars. It splits wet and dry trade, tracks stock variance between deliveries and takings, runs weekly payroll for a large casual team, and reconciles a heavily mixed cash and card till daily.
WHAT YOU GET
Two businesses behind one bar.
Wet and dry, measured separately
Drinks and food have different margins, different waste and different staff costs. Run together they hide each other; run apart, you find out which one is carrying the site.
Stock variance you can act on
Deliveries in against sales out, so the gap between what was bought and what was rung through is a weekly number rather than an annual shock.
Weekly payroll for a big casual team
Variable hours, holiday accrual and RTI for a team that changes every week, run in the same system that holds the takings.
A till reconciled every day
Cash, card and tabs matched to the bank overnight, which is the only practical way to keep a high-volume bar's records straight.
WHY IT ADDS UP
Why it makes sense when stock walks and margins are tight.
Pubs lose money in ways that are individually small and collectively fatal: over-pouring, unrecorded staff drinks, wastage, a tied price rise nobody modelled. None of it shows up in a bank balance, and all of it shows up in stock variance — if anybody is measuring. Bizzle measures it weekly, splits wet from dry, and handles the payroll on top.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Questions people ask.
Can Bizzle split wet and dry trade?
Yes. Drinks and food are recorded as separate lines with their own purchases, so each has its own margin. Run together they hide each other, which is how a good kitchen ends up subsidising a bad cellar, or the other way round.
How does it measure stock variance?
Deliveries in are set against sales out from the till, so the gap between what was bought and what was rung through is a weekly figure. It will not tell you whether that gap is over-pouring or staff drinks; finding out is a stocktake and a conversation.
Can it run weekly payroll for casual bar staff?
Weekly runs, variable hours, holiday accrual and RTI are handled per payslip, in the same system as the takings. Starters and leavers who last a fortnight are recorded without ceremony.
Does it work with a tied supply arrangement?
Tied deliveries are read like any supplier invoice, so a price rise on a tied line shows the week it lands. Modelling what the tie costs against a free-of-tie rent is something to do with your accountant or your trade body.
