Is it really unlimited users?
Yes. Your staff, your bookkeeper, your accountant — everyone gets their own login with the right permissions, at no charge, on every plan. Shared logins wreck audit trails; we'd rather you never have a reason to share one.
What counts against my call minutes?
Connected talk-time on your Bizzle number, rounded to the second. Missed-call textbacks, transcripts and web chat cost nothing. Past your allowance it's a flat 20p/min, itemised on your invoice — no connection fees.
How is payroll billed?
Per payslip run — a small flat fee each time Bizzle processes a payslip, shown before you confirm the run. Staff records and leave tracking are free for unlimited employees; you only pay when payroll is actually processed.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices shown exclude VAT, the standard for UK business software. If you're VAT-registered you'll reclaim it.
What happens to my data if I leave?
It's yours. Export everything — ledger, contacts, documents, call transcripts — in standard formats, any time, cancelled or not.
How does migration work?
Connect your email and bank, and Bizzle rebuilds your books from what's already there — invoices in your inbox, transactions in your feed. CSV and QuickBooks/Xero importers cover the rest. Most businesses are running in under a day.
What does 'founding member' actually get me?
First 3 months free while Bizzle is in early access, and a direct line into what gets built next — founding members shape the roadmap while the product is still forming.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from the portal, no call required. Monthly plans stop at the end of the billing period; you keep export access after.
