BIZZLE FOR SALONS & BARBERS
Chairs full.
Admin empty.
Bizzle is an AI back office for salons and barbershops. It answers the phone while your hands are busy, books into your real diary, chases rebooking before clients drift, keeps chair rent separate from takings, and reconciles the day's till automatically.
WHAT YOU GET
Everything that happens between appointments.
The phone answered mid-appointment
Nobody puts down the scissors to take a booking. Every call is answered and booked into the real diary, and missed ones are texted back within seconds.
A diary that protects itself
Reminders, deposits where you want them, and a waiting list that fills the gap when somebody cancels — because an empty chair is revenue you cannot get back.
Rebooking that happens by itself
Each client's cycle is tracked and nudged at the right point, which turns a one-off visit into the standing appointment the business actually runs on.
Chair rent kept apart from takings
Rent from self-employed stylists recorded as rent rather than turnover, which keeps your VAT position honest and your accounts readable.
Stock costed where it was used
Colour, product and retail come off the shelf against the appointment that consumed them, so the long jobs stop quietly eating the day.
Payroll and rent, both handled
Employed staff on payroll with RTI, self-employed chairs invoiced for rent, and the difference between the two recorded properly.
WHY IT ADDS UP
Why it makes sense when an empty hour never comes back.
A salon sells time in columns, and unsold time is gone — you cannot stock it, discount it later or sell it twice. Which means the two things that decide the year are how many calls get answered and how many clients rebook before they leave. Both happen while your hands are full. Bizzle covers them, does the books underneath, and charges one flat price no matter how many stylists have a login.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Questions people ask.
Do my stylists each need their own login?
They can each have one, and it costs nothing extra; the price is per salon, not per chair. Each person sees their own column and their own clients, and you decide who sees the takings.
Does the AI answering the phone replace my receptionist?
It replaces the phone ringing out mid-colour, which is a different thing. Salons with a receptionist keep them for the front desk and let Bizzle take the overflow and the calls after closing. Salons without one get a phone that is finally answered.
How does it deal with self-employed chairs?
Chair rent is recorded as rent rather than as your turnover, and the stylist's invoice to you is treated as their sale, not yours. Whether an arrangement is genuinely self-employed is a question for your accountant, and worth asking before HMRC does.
Can clients book over WhatsApp or web chat as well as by phone?
Yes, and they all land in the same diary, so a slot taken in a chat is not offered to a caller a minute later. Deposits and reminders work the same way whichever route the booking came in by.
