BIZZLE FOR BARBERS
Walk-ins welcome.
Paperwork not.
Bizzle is an AI back office for barbershops. It handles bookings alongside walk-ins, reconciles a cash-heavy till against the bank daily, keeps chair rent separate from shop takings, and answers the phone during a Saturday rush.
WHAT YOU GET
Built for fast chairs and a busy Saturday.
Bookings and walk-ins in one queue
Appointments and the people waiting are the same list, so nobody is turned away because the diary said full while three chairs sat empty.
Cash reconciled, not guessed
Barbering is still a cash trade. Daily takings are matched against what reaches the bank, which is both good bookkeeping and the fastest way to spot a discrepancy.
Chair rent that adds up
Weekly rent from each barber is recorded and chased on its own schedule, so collecting it is not a conversation you have to keep having.
The Saturday phone, answered
Every call picked up and answered with your prices and waiting time, without anyone putting the clippers down.
WHY IT ADDS UP
Why it makes sense in a trade that still runs on cash.
A barbershop takes a lot of small payments, half of them cash, across a very busy few days. That is exactly the pattern that makes bookkeeping painful and makes HMRC curious: undeclared-looking gaps usually turn out to be poor records rather than anything worse. Bizzle reconciles the day automatically and keeps the chair rent straight, so the shop's books stand up without anyone doing a Sunday spreadsheet.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Questions people ask.
How does Bizzle deal with walk-ins?
Walk-ins and bookings sit in one queue, so a full-looking diary never sends someone away while a chair is empty. The waiting time it quotes on the phone comes from that same queue.
Most of my takings are cash. Does that still work?
Yes. You log the day's cash total and Bizzle matches it against what reaches the bank through the Open Banking feed. A gap is flagged the next morning rather than at year end.
Can it chase a barber who is behind on chair rent?
It invoices each barber's rent on the agreed weekly cycle and sends the reminders automatically. Having the conversation when someone is three weeks behind is still yours to do.
Do I need to record what each barber took separately?
Takings can be recorded per chair, so what the shop earned and what each self-employed barber earned are kept apart. That separation matters when your accountant works out whose turnover is whose.
