What could you
be saving?
Tick what you pay for today and find out. Typical UK list prices, no email required, nothing stored — the sums happen in your browser.
Tick what you pay for today. Typical UK prices.
And none of those tools answer to each other. Bizzle is one system — a call becomes a booking becomes an invoice becomes a reconciled payment.
PRICES ARE TYPICAL UK LIST PRICES · YOUR OWN INVOICES ARE THE REAL ANSWER
THE HALF THIS TOOL CANNOT ADD UP
The subscriptions are the smaller number.
The tools do not do the work — they hold the work. Accounting software does not reconcile anything; it presents a list and waits for you. A CRM does not build itself; someone types the contact in after the call.
Every subscription above has a person attached to it, and in a small business that person is usually you, working after the real work has stopped. That arithmetic you have to do yourself:
01
Count the hours
Reconciling, chasing, quoting, filing receipts, answering the phone, replying to reviews. For most owners it lands between five and ten hours a week.
02
Pick a rate
Not minimum wage. The rate you bill at, or the rate you would pay someone competent to do it instead of you.
03
Multiply
Six hours a week at £45 is £270 a week — roughly £13,000 a year once you allow for holidays. Against £2,000 of software.
We wrote the long version, including the third cost that appears in neither calculation — what a small business back office actually costs.
BEFORE YOU BUY ANYTHING
Cancel first. Including ours.
If the number above included things you tick out of habit rather than use, the fastest saving available to you takes an afternoon and a cancelled direct debit. Do that before you buy anything else — us included. A tool you do not use is not cheaper because it is bundled.
What Bizzle actually argues is not that it is cheaper than eight subscriptions, though for most teams it is. It is that the eight do not answer to each other, so the hours stay yours no matter how little you pay. One system means a call becomes a booking becomes an invoice becomes a reconciled payment, without you in the middle of it.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Questions people ask.
Where do the prices in the calculator come from?
Typical UK list prices for each category, kept deliberately round. Your own invoices are the real answer, and if you have them to hand, use those figures instead.
Do you store what I tick?
No. The sums happen in your browser, nothing is sent anywhere, and there is no email gate. Tick, read the number, close the tab; we never know you were here.
Does the calculator include the hours I spend?
No, and that is the bigger number. The subscriptions are the smaller cost; the five to ten hours a week of admin after the tools clock off is the larger one. The arithmetic for that is on the page, and you have to do it yourself.
Is Bizzle always cheaper than what I have?
For most small teams, yes, but that is not the argument. Cancel what you do not use first — including ours. The case for Bizzle is that one system removes the hours, not that it undercuts eight subscriptions.
