BIZZLE FOR CAFÉS AND COFFEE SHOPS

A hundred small sales.
One clear picture.

Bizzle is an AI back office for cafés and coffee shops. It reconciles daily takings against the bank, tracks margin on a hundred small transactions, keeps retail and drinks apart, and runs payroll for a part-time rota.

WHAT YOU GET

For a business made of very small transactions.

Daily takings reconciled overnight

Card, cash and delivery platform payouts matched against the bank each morning, so the day either balances or tells you why not.

Margin on the lines that carry you

Coffee funds the business and food often does not. Costing per line shows which parts of the menu earn their space on the counter.

Retail beans and bags counted separately

Retail is a different margin from a flat white, and mixing them makes both invisible. Kept apart, retail usually turns out to be worth pushing.

Payroll for a part-time team

Students, weekends, holiday accrual on variable hours — all in the same system as the takings they helped generate.

WHY IT ADDS UP

Why it makes sense on margins this thin.

A café's entire annual profit can be smaller than the cost of one member of staff, which means precision matters more here than in almost any other small business. When the books are three months behind, a milk price rise and a rota drifting an hour over is invisible until the year is spent. Bizzle reconciles daily and tracks the margin as it moves.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Questions people ask.

Can Bizzle reconcile a day of card and cash sales?

Yes. The till total, cash, card settlements and any delivery platform payouts are matched against the bank each morning through the Open Banking feed, so the day either balances or tells you why not.

Is it worth costing individual menu lines?

On margins this thin, yes. Coffee usually carries the business and food often does not, and costing per line shows which items earn their place on the counter and which are there for goodwill.

How do I run payroll for students and part-timers?

Variable hours are recorded per person and paid per payslip, with holiday accrued correctly on irregular patterns and RTI filed. The rules on holiday for irregular hours are gov.uk's, and Bizzle follows them rather than approximating.

Should retail beans be tracked separately?

They should, because a bag of beans has a different margin, a different supplier and a different customer from a flat white. Kept apart, retail often turns out to be worth pushing harder.
