A CRM that
builds itself.

A customer record holds who someone is, what you have done for them and what they owe. In Bizzle it assembles itself from calls, invoices, jobs and messages rather than depending on somebody remembering to type it in — which is why most small business CRMs end up empty.

Why most small business CRMs are empty

Because a CRM that requires data entry competes with billable work, and loses. Within three months it contains the customers someone added enthusiastically in week one and nothing since.

The only version that survives is one where the record is a by-product of work you were doing anyway: taking a call, sending an invoice, completing a job.

What ends up on a record without anyone typing

  • Contact details, captured from the call or the invoice that created them.
  • Every job done, when, and what it cost.
  • Call transcripts and messages across every channel.
  • Invoices, payments and anything outstanding.
  • Documents — quotes accepted, certificates issued, photographs taken.
  • Recurring cycles, such as when a service or certificate is next due.

What it is actually for

Not sales pipelines. For a small business the value is that whoever picks up the phone knows who is calling, what was done last time and whether they have paid — without asking the customer to explain from the beginning.

The second value is finding the work you already earned: customers due a service, ones who have gone quiet, ones whose certificate expires next month.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Questions people ask.

Can I import my existing contacts?

Yes, by CSV. Bizzle will also assemble records from your bank feed and inbox, which usually produces a more complete and more current list than the spreadsheet you were keeping.

Does it handle both businesses and individuals?

Yes, and a business can hold several contacts. For trades working with both landlords and tenants, that distinction matters for who is billed and who is on site.

Is it a sales CRM?

Not in the pipeline-and-forecast sense. It is a record of your customers and everything you have done for them, which is what a small business actually needs.

Can I add notes myself?

Yes. Automatic assembly is the default, not a restriction — the gate code, the dog, the preference for mornings all belong on the record, and whoever answers the next call will see them.
