BIZZLE FOR DENTAL PRACTICES
Recalls booked.
Lab bills tracked.
Bizzle is an AI back office for dental practices. It brings recalls back round automatically, tracks lab bills against the case that incurred them, separates private, plan and NHS income in the books, and answers the phone through a full surgery list.
WHAT YOU GET
The admin between the chair and the ledger.
Recalls that fill next quarter's book
Six and twelve month recalls set themselves from the appointment you just completed, so the diary refills from your existing list rather than from advertising.
Lab bills against the case
A crown's lab cost lands against the patient and the treatment that ordered it, so you can see the real margin on lab-heavy work instead of a monthly lump.
Private, plan and NHS income kept apart
Three income streams with different timing and different rules. Bizzle records them separately, which is what makes the year end quick and the picture honest.
Reception cover that never calls in sick
Calls answered and booked into the real diary during a full list, with missed ones texted back within seconds.
WHY IT ADDS UP
Why it makes sense when the book is the practice.
A dental practice's economics are a chair, a list and a recall cycle. An unfilled surgery hour is unrecoverable, and a patient who slips off the recall list is worth years of lost work rather than one appointment. Bizzle keeps recalls turning and the phone answered, while costing lab work honestly against each case.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Questions people ask.
Does Bizzle send recalls automatically?
Yes. Six and twelve month recalls set themselves from the completed appointment and go out by text or email with a booking link. It does not decide the recall interval; that stays clinical.
Can lab bills be tracked against the patient?
A lab invoice is matched to the patient and treatment that ordered it, so you can see the real margin on crown and denture work. That is a very different picture from one monthly lab bill set against all your takings.
How do I keep NHS, plan and private income separate?
Each is recorded as its own income stream with its own timing. Your accountant will want them apart at year end, and it is far easier to record them that way than to unpick them afterwards.
Can it cover reception when we are a receptionist down?
Calls are answered in the practice's name, booked into the real diary and anything missed is texted back within seconds. It cannot greet a patient at the desk or take a card in person; that is still a human job.
