BIZZLE FOR MOBILE MECHANICS
The workshop
goes to them.
Bizzle is an AI back office for mobile mechanics. It prices parts and markup into the job, takes card payment at the roadside, brings MOT and service dates back round automatically, and keeps the books without a workshop office.
WHAT YOU GET
Everything a garage does, without the garage.
Parts sourced, marked up and invoiced
Factor receipts photographed at the counter, matched to the vehicle and marked up consistently, so the invoice reflects both the part and the trip to fetch it.
Paid at the roadside
A payment link on the customer's phone before you pack the tools away, reconciled against the bank feed overnight. No invoicing evening, no waiting a fortnight.
MOT and service dates that come back
Every vehicle you touch sets its own reminder. The customer hears from you before the MOT is due, which is the cheapest work you will ever win.
The calls you cannot answer
Every call answered and booked into your real diary while your hands are full. Anything missed is texted back within seconds, before they ring the next name on the list.
WHY IT ADDS UP
Why it makes sense without a workshop to do the admin in.
A garage has a back office; a mobile mechanic has a van and an evening. The work a receptionist and a counter would absorb — answering the phone, ordering the part, taking the money, remembering the MOT — all lands on you after a day of it. Bizzle takes that layer at one flat price, so the vehicle history you build up becomes repeat work instead of a folder of receipts.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Questions people ask.
Can Bizzle mark up parts consistently on every invoice?
Yes. Photograph the factor receipt, match it to the vehicle, and the markup you have set is applied, so the invoice reflects both the part and the trip to fetch it. The percentage is yours; it will not suggest one.
How do I get paid at the roadside without a workshop?
Send a payment link to the customer's phone before the tools go back in the van, and it reconciles against the bank feed overnight. No invoicing evening, and no drive back to collect a cheque.
Will it remind my customers when their MOT is due?
Yes. Every vehicle you work on sets its own reminder from the dates you record, so the customer hears from you before the MOT is due rather than from whoever comes up first on their phone. It does not check the DVLA for you.
Does it keep a history per vehicle rather than per customer?
Jobs are filed against the vehicle as well as the customer, so what has been done to a car is one record rather than a search through invoices, and a customer with three vehicles is still one customer.
