BIZZLE FOR ELECTRICIANS
Wired for the job,
not the paperwork.
Bizzle is an AI back office for electricians. It files your certificates against the job that produced them, tracks materials to the right customer, answers the phone while you are up a ladder, and keeps a real double-entry ledger underneath it all.
WHAT YOU GET
The admin between the last board and the next one.
Certificates filed against the job
EICRs, minor works and installation certificates land with the customer and the job that produced them, so a call two years later takes seconds rather than a search through a laptop.
Notifiable work tracked to completion
Part P notification, the scheme submission and the customer's copy are steps on the job rather than things you hope you remembered on the drive home.
Materials priced to the right customer
Wholesaler receipts photographed at the counter are matched to the job that used them, so margin is visible per job instead of averaged across the month.
The calls you cannot answer
Every call answered and booked into your real diary while your hands are full. Anything missed is texted back within seconds, before they ring the next name on the list.
WHY IT ADDS UP
Why it makes sense when the paperwork outlives the job.
An electrician's records are not just bookkeeping — they are evidence. Certificates have to be findable years later, notifiable work has to be notified, and a scheme assessment goes better when everything is in one place rather than three. Bizzle keeps the compliance trail and the books in the same system, at one flat price, so the file you need at assessment is the same file that already did your VAT.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Questions people ask.
Does Bizzle store my EICRs and minor works certificates?
Yes. Upload or photograph the certificate and it is filed against the customer, the address and the job that produced it, so a landlord asking for a copy three years on is a search rather than an archaeology project. It does not fill the certificate in for you.
Can it track whether I have notified Part P work?
Notification is a step on the job rather than a memory. Bizzle records whether the scheme submission and the customer's copy have been done and flags the ones that have not. Which work is notifiable is between you and your scheme.
How do I stop wholesaler receipts going missing?
Photograph them at the counter and they are matched to the job that used the materials, with the image kept as evidence for VAT. The ones that live in the van door pocket for six weeks are the ones you never claim.
Does it help with a NICEIC or NAPIT assessment?
It keeps certificates, notifications and job records in one place with the books, which is most of what an assessor wants to see. The assessment itself, and the standard of your work, remain very much yours.
