BIZZLE FOR ROOFERS
The forecast moves.
The paperwork does not.
Bizzle is an AI back office for roofers. It rebooks the diary when the weather turns, keeps scaffold and skip costs attached to the job, tracks deposits and stage payments on work quoted months ahead, and keeps the books reconciled.
WHAT YOU GET
For a trade the weather reschedules for you.
A diary that survives a wet week
When a job slips, the customers who need telling get told and the gap gets refilled from work already waiting — instead of an afternoon of phone calls you make from the cab.
Scaffold and skip costs on the job
Hire costs land against the roof they were hired for, including the weeks the hire ran over, so a job that looked profitable at quote still looks honest at invoice.
Deposits and stage payments tracked
Deposits taken at quote, balances due on completion, and what is outstanding across every job at once — because roofing money arrives in pieces, months apart.
The calls you cannot answer
Every call answered and booked into your real diary while your hands are full. Anything missed is texted back within seconds, before they ring the next name on the list.
WHY IT ADDS UP
Why it makes sense when the job is priced long before it starts.
Roofing quotes go out weeks or months before the work happens, and by the time you are on the roof the materials have moved, the scaffold has run over and the weather has cost you three days. If nobody is tracking the difference, the trade turns into a guess about which jobs made money. Bizzle keeps the real cost against the real job, so the next quote is priced from evidence.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Questions people ask.
What happens to the diary when it rains for a week?
The jobs that slipped are moved, the customers who need telling are told, and the gap is offered to work already waiting. It reads the diary, not the sky, so calling the day off is still your call.
Does scaffold hire get costed to the job even when it runs over?
Yes. The hire invoice lands against the roof it was hired for, including the extra weeks, so the job's true cost is what you paid rather than what you quoted. A quote that assumed a fortnight and a hire that ran to five weeks is a pattern worth seeing.
Can I take a deposit when the customer accepts the quote?
Yes. The quote goes out with a deposit request on acceptance, the balance is tracked against it, and the final invoice knows what has already been paid. Work quoted in March and done in July is easier to fund that way.
How do I stop materials prices moving between quote and job?
You cannot; merchants do not consult you. What Bizzle does is keep the materials receipts against the job so the gap between quote and actual is visible on each roof, and the next quote is priced from what the last one really cost.
