BIZZLE FOR SCAFFOLDERS

It earns while
it stands.

Bizzle is an AI back office for scaffolders. It bills hire for every week a structure stands, keeps statutory inspection records against the site, tracks which stock is out and where, and reconciles the books daily.

WHAT YOU GET

The money is in the hire period, not the erection.

Hire billed for as long as it stands

The erect is one invoice; the hire is a meter running every week after. Bizzle bills the ongoing period automatically, so an overrun becomes revenue rather than an oversight.

Inspection records kept against the site

Handover documents and the regular inspection record sit with the site and the client, produced on request rather than reconstructed from a diary in the van.

Stock tracked out and back

Tube, boards and fittings recorded against the job they went to, so what has not come back is visible while you still know which site has it.

Invoices that chase themselves

Sent from the van the moment the job is signed off, with a payment link on every one, and politely chased on a schedule you set until they are paid.

WHY IT ADDS UP

Why it makes sense when the invoice is a clock, not an event.

Scaffolding is one of the few trades where the profit is mostly in time rather than work: the erect covers the labour, and the hire period is the business. Every week that goes unbilled because a job overran quietly and nobody was counting is pure margin gone. Bizzle counts the weeks, bills them, and chases them, while keeping the inspection trail a principal contractor will eventually ask for.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Questions people ask.

Does Bizzle bill the weekly hire while the scaffold is still up?

Yes. The erect is invoiced once; the hire is billed for every week the structure stands, automatically, until you record it as struck. An overrun becomes revenue rather than something you notice when the lorry goes to collect it.

How do I keep inspection records for a principal contractor?

Handover documents and the regular inspection record are filed against the site and the client, so when the principal contractor asks for the trail it is produced rather than reconstructed. Doing the inspections on time is still a person on a ladder.

Can it tell me which site still has my boards?

Yes. Tube, boards and fittings are recorded out against the job they went to and back when they return, so what is missing is visible while you still know where it went. It counts what you tell it; nobody has yet automated counting fittings.

Does it work for a scaffolding company with a few gangs?

One business is one flat price with unlimited logins, so every gang leader can have their own login without the bill going up, and payroll runs per payslip when you pay them. Who works where is still your call.
