BIZZLE FOR ECOMMERCE BUSINESSES
The payout
is not the sale.
Bizzle is an AI back office for ecommerce businesses. It reconciles marketplace and gateway payouts back to the orders behind them, surfaces the fees taken along the way, tracks margin per product, and keeps VAT straight across channels.
WHAT YOU GET
For a business paid net, weeks after the sale.
Payouts reconciled to the orders behind them
Shopify, Amazon, Etsy and card gateways all pay net of fees, refunds and reserves. Bizzle matches the deposit back to the orders, so revenue is revenue and fees are visible.
The fees, added up
Listing fees, transaction fees, fulfilment, advertising and returns are individually small and collectively decisive. Seen together, they usually change which channel you push.
Margin per product, not per month
Cost of goods, shipping and channel fees against each line, so a bestseller that loses money stops being a bestseller you promote.
VAT across channels
Different channels, different countries, different treatments. Recorded correctly at the point of sale rather than untangled the week the return is due.
WHY IT ADDS UP
Why it makes sense when three platforms pay you differently.
Ecommerce turnover is easy to see and ecommerce profit is genuinely hard to. The money arriving in your bank has already had fees, refunds and reserves removed by someone else, so a spreadsheet built from bank deposits describes a business that does not exist. Bizzle reconstructs the real picture from the orders up, which is the only version worth making decisions on.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Questions people ask.
Can Bizzle reconcile Shopify and Amazon payouts?
Yes. A payout is matched back to the orders behind it, with fees, refunds and reserves shown separately. Revenue is recorded as revenue and the platform's cut as a cost, rather than netting into whatever the bank deposit happened to be.
How do I work out margin per product?
Cost of goods, shipping and channel fees are set against each line sold, so a bestseller that loses money stops being promoted. It needs your cost prices recorded once; after that it runs on the orders.
Does it deal with VAT across different marketplaces?
The treatment is recorded at the point of sale per channel, and the figures build through the quarter. Cross-border sales have their own rules on gov.uk, and for anything outside the UK, talk to your accountant before the first return rather than after.
Can it cope with returns and refunds?
Refunds are matched to the original order and recorded as reversing entries, so revenue and fees stay honest. A product with a high return rate is visible per line, which is often the first sign a listing is misleading.
